These Terms and Conditions govern your use of storezasolutions.co.za and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Storez SA Solutions ("we", "us") is based in Durban North, South Africa.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are trade-direct estimates — final pricing and lead time are confirmed when you enquire or place an order, as noted on each product page. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to decline or cancel an order where a genuine error has occurred, before or after payment.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full, or on terms we’ve agreed with you directly. Currently we accept direct bank transfer (EFT) and cash on delivery; we’ll let you know if that changes. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa and to other African countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and freight costs depend on the size and weight of your order and your location, and will be confirmed with you before dispatch for large or bulky items. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds and faulty-goods handling are covered in full in our Refund and Returns Policy. Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty, we’ll help you action it, though the warranty itself is provided by the manufacturer, not by us.
Liability
Products are supplied for their intended industrial and commercial use. You’re responsible for confirming a product is suitable for your specific application, including correct installation, loading limits and local regulatory compliance, before use. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
